I fully agree but rik and I passed up buying an original a few years ago and we’ve been kicking ourselves since. This is the first open edition print she’s ever done, so technically the amount of people that can have the poster is endless, but it’s still a cool piece of history to have the poster. Plus…her stuff has become so popular we won’t be able to justify purchasing an original for a long long time, so this is the closest we can get, haha.
sometimes the conversations you don’t want to have…
…are the ones you really need.
sometimes it just takes the right friend to help you through the thick, twisted mass of thoughts and out into a clearing. a clearing where you can formulate your thoughts into words.
Where you can shed light on the words and translate them into ideas.
Where you can take those ideas and build them into actions.
Letting go is the hardest part…
….but i’m pretty sure i’m there.

there was a time when i did NOT love myself and it was almost impossible to be loved in the way I needed to be loved. sure, i was in a relationship…but without being centered that relationship didn’t fulfill any of the needs i had at the time. Over time I learned to love myself and it opened up a whole new world of happiness and confidence in my life. it wasn’t easy to look internally and make those changes but I was surrounded by good people that helped me know that I was worth loving.
everyone is worth loving….just look inside and find it.
